General disclaimer: SoundCityAmp.com, Sound City Amplification, LLC, Steven Fryette Design, Inc, FaneUSA or its affiliates, distributors or resellers are not responsible for any injury that occurs when handling, connecting, setting up, installing, un-installing or using our products. We are not responsible for any injuries relating to the use of our products with any electronic device or electrical current. If you are not qualified to install products such as loudspeakers or loudspeaker components, hire a professional. Edges of some speaker frames may be sharp. Use caution when handling product. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use this site.
Deposits/Pre-Orders
When placing a deposit on an item for Pre-Order, you will be charged the deposit amount plus shipping fee. When your product is ready for shipment, you will be contacted and asked to pay the balance, and then the item will be promptly shipped to you. If the item you pre-ordered is not ready to be shipped within 60 days of your deposit, you will be entitled to a full refund for the deposit and shipping fees charged. Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SoundCityAmp.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SoundCityAmp.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, fryette.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Risk of Loss
Any and all items purchased from SoundCityAmp.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such item pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by SoundCityAmp.com without notice at any time, for any reason.
